Here at The Home Furnisher, we don't believe in customers having to pay extra on top of their purchases for delivery. That's why we've decided to take the bold step of offering all of our products with free standard delivery to UK Mainland addresses. Please note delivery to Northern Ireland, Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Islands and Channel Islands are not included within our free delivery service. Please select your Delivery Zone at checkout to view delivery costs to these areas.
EXPRESS DELIVERY SERVICE AVAILABLE ON ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS!
Express Delivery is offered on all items in our store for delivery to mainland UK addresses. Express Delivery is offered at £10.00 per delivery (Delivery to non mainland UK addresses will be higher) and allows delivery of orders placed before the Express deadline (1pm) to arrive within 1-2 working days. We aim to provide a delivery service for our customers that encompasses reliability, timeliness and safe delivery. Unfortunately, mishaps do occasionally occur, and these can cause loss or damage to a customers goods. Smaller Item Deliveries
Our smaller items are generally sent via conventional couriers such as Royal Mail or My Hermes. Many offer a tracking service and provide an ETA. We will of course share this information where applicable to your order. Please leave a contactable mobile phone number to ensure the couriers can contact you via call or text to arrange delivery where possible.
Larger Item Deliveries
For larger item deliveries, we use verified third party logistics companies who specialise in delivering larger parcels. We aim to have your products delivered to you within the time frame of between 4-10 working days.
For larger and heavier items, customer assistance may be required to help the driver. Delivery is strictly to ground floor only for insurance purposes.
We ask that when receiving a delivery, you check the items before the delivery driver leaves, so that your item/s can be returned in the rare event of damage. If you do not manage to check goods upon delivery, we allow 24 hours after signing for goods for damages to be reported to us - claims for damages outside this period may be rejected.
Deliveries are generally only available during the working week Monday-Friday unless in special circumstances, where arrangements can be made at additional cost for a weekend delivery. Please make sure you are available to take the delivery of your product or input an additional address for delivery where someone can be present i.e. a work address or relative/neighbour.
Please always inform us if you are going to be unavailable on the suggested delivery date, and we will endeavour to arrange a suitable alternative. Failed deliveries that have been agreed may result in re-delivery/cancellation charges.

- If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item from your online order, please contact us right away.
- Online purchases may not be exchanged by mail.
STEP 1: Package your items and the invoice that came with your order(s).
- Complete the return form on the bottom of your invoice.
- Enclose the return form and your return merchandise inside the box and keep the top half of the invoice for your records.
STEP 2: Take your package to the carrier of your choice.
- Be sure that all return packages are properly insured and trackable.
- Return delivery fees are the customer’s expense.
- Keep the tracking information until your return has been processed.
STEP 3: Mail your package to the following address:

STEP 4: Please allow up to 21 business days for us to receive your return and process your credit.
How Will I Be Refunded?
All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and discount codes granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the refund amount. Once the return is processed, we will send an email confirmation of your refund.
